    Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to enhance the reliability of a circuit and reduce a development cost by controlling an output voltage of a solar cell array to generate a maximum output according to a temperature. CONSTITUTION: A temperature detector(310) which is composed of plural diodes connected in series detects a temperature of a solar cell array(111).A temperature compensator(320) determines a voltage value corresponding to a temperature value detected from the temperature detector(310). An optimum voltage establisher(330) outputs a voltage control signal according to the voltage value to an electric power adjuster(112). The temperature compensator(320) receives a constant voltage to output a voltage predetermined according to the temperature value.
