커서 이동 경향을 이용한 객체 선택방법으로, 사용자 단말의 디스플레이에서 수행되는 커서의 이동 정보가 적어도 2회 이상 검출되는 단계; 상기 검출된 커서의 이동 정보에 따라 객체 선택 모드가 결정되는 단계; 상기 결정된 객체 선택 모드에 따라, 상기 커서의 이동 정보로부터 예측되는 예측 이동 경향이 결정되는 단계; 및 상기 결정된 예측 이동 경향에 따라 상기 사용자 단말의 디스플레이에 표시되는 객체가 선택되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 커서 이동 경향을 이용한 객체 선택방법이 제공된다.

An object selecting method using a cursor movement tendency includes a step of detecting movement information of a cursor executed on a display of a user terminal more than two times, a step of determining an object selecting mode according to the movement information of the cursor, a step of determining a predicted movement tendency from the movement information, and a step of selecting an object displayed on the display of the user terminal according to the determined predicted movement tendency. Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for providing contact information between a 3D cursor and a virtual object in a 3D virtual environment and an image providing device performing the same are provided to obtain information without a particular eye movement by supplying visual information to a location of an object close to the contact of the 3D cursor. CONSTITUTION: A progress direction of a 3D cursor is predicted, a contact candidate object is selected by considering the predicted progress direction(S11). A ratio of a remaining distance for the 3D cursor to contact the contact candidate object is calculated(S12). Sub devices surrounding a convergent center point of the contact candidate object are displayed. A ratio of a distances between the sub devices and the contact candidate object is variably displayed according to the remaining distance(S30).
