The present invention relates to a user terminal and a messaging method thereof which are capable of transferring a simple message, detecting and reproducing non-verbal behavior of users. The user terminal can include a message input/output unit capable of generating a transmission message by combining characters, numbers, and symbols selected by the users; a touch pattern sensing unit for sensing and obtaining touch patterns generated in a user touch behavior for writing the transmission message; a touch pattern regeneration unit for reproducing the touch patterns transmitted from the other terminal; and a control unit for transferring the transmission message and the touch pattern to the other terminal or each transferring the message transferred from the other terminal and the touch pattern to the message input/output unit and the touch pattern regeneration unit. 본 발명은 하이브리드 메모리와 SSD로 구성 된 시스템에서의 읽기 캐시 및 쓰기 캐시의 관리 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 휘발성 메모리, 비휘발성 메모리 및 SSD의 특성을 활용하여 시스템 성능의 향상을 위해서 읽기 캐시와 쓰기 캐시를 동시에 효율적으로 관리 해주는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 메모리 시스템은, 휘발성 메모리 및 비휘발성 메모리를 포함하는 하이브리드 메모리; 및 하이브리드 메모리와 버스를 통하여 연결된 SSD 를 포함하고, SSD 가 저장장치로써 동작하며, 하이브리드 메모리는 SSD 의 캐쉬로써 동작한다.

실시예는 가상 머신 모니터 시스템에 관한 것이다. 실시예에 따른 가상 머신 모니터 시스템은, 복수의 게스트 운영체제에 할당된 페이지 프레임 중 버퍼 캐시로 사용되는 페이지 프레임들을 추출하고, 데이터 접근에 대한 연속성을 기준으로 추출된 페이지 프레임들을 순차 패턴 및 비순차 패턴으로 분할(partition)하는 패턴 분할부, 순차 패턴 및 비순차 패턴에 속하는 페이지 프레임들을 LRU 정책에 따라 관리하되, 순차 패턴에 속하는 페이지 프레임들은 연속 페이지 프레임 단위로 관리하고, 비순차 패턴에 속하는 페이지 프레임은 페이지 프레임 단위로 관리하는 패턴 관리부, 및 복수의 가상 머신 간의 메모리 재할당을 위하여 순차 패턴에 속하는 연속 페이지 프레임을 우선적으로 선택하고, 선택된 페이지 프레임을 메모리를 필요로 하는 가상 머신으로 할당하는 메모리 선택 처리부를 포함한다.

PURPOSE: A method for managing a hybrid memory, a system, and a computer readable medium for the same are provided to efficiently manage the hybrid memory using an existing NUMA(Non-Uniform Memory Access) interface without amending an operating system and an application program. CONSTITUTION: Virtual machines(120a,120b) have a NUMA computer architecture. One or more virtual machines process an access request about a hybrid memory(110). A virtual machine managing unit(150) enables the virtual machine to access the hybrid memory. The address between a physical memory which is allocated to the virtual machine and the hybrid memory are changed.

PURPOSE: A database system and an updating method thereof are provided to improve the performance, the reliability, and the power consumption efficiency of a database management system by applying a hybrid storage system to a database system. CONSTITUTION: Data saved in a NAND flash memory copies to a data buffer according to a page unit of a NAND flash memory(S401). Page unit data saved in the data buffer is updated(S402). The updated part among page unit data saved in the data buffer copies to a log buffer(S403). Updated page unit data copies to a NAND flash memory(S404). Data update is completed by converting data of flash translation layer mapping table of the NAND flash memory(S405).

PURPOSE: An ultra low power storage system and a data management method thereof are provided to reduce the power of an entire system by using an SSD as a main memory and storing the data at the SSD. CONSTITUTION: An SSD(Solid State Disk) array(100) arrange plural SSDs in parallel and stores data. A RAM(Random Access Memory)(A) performs a buffering operation for the I/O of the data and stores a mapping table of each region. A control unit(300) controls the mapping table to the RAM and the data storage to the SSD array. The RAM stores supper block and hybrid page mapping data.

A system and a method for selecting a transmitter and a receiver based on intuitive mutual pointing are provided to grasp a direction and an operation corresponding to motions of a user by using a direction motion sensor and grasp a location through a location sensor, thereby reducing an error rate even when plural mobile computing devices are centralized. Plural mobile computing devices(10) comprise a transmitter and a receiver. A location sensor(20) senses a location of the mobile computing device through a location tag(11) attached to the mobile computing device. A direction motion sensor(40) detects operation data and a direction of each user of the mobile computing device for controlling a data communication state of the mobile computing device. A communication device performs data communication between the mobile computing devices. A location server(30) searches data communication available mobile computing devices by using the location, direction and motion data of each mobile computing device detected by the location sensor and the direction motion sensor, and performs a control operation so that data communication between the searched mobile computing devices is possible.
