Abstract: PURPOSE: A sensor using a shape memory alloy and intelligent type composite material are provided to be employed for various appliances and various fields requiring fine variation by using one device replacing at least two devices in order to perform measurement and driving at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A sensor using shape memory alloy and intelligent type composite material are capable of calculating variation of an internal resistance value. Although the shape memory alloy is changed by external physical force, the shape memory alloy has an original shape above a predetermined temperature. After the shape memory alloy is changed into a required shape, the required shape is achieved through heating treatment. The shape memory alloy has a plate shape including a strain gauge pattern(200). On the intelligent type composite material(100) a pattern having a strain gauge function on the shape memory alloy is formed. A plate of the shape memory alloy includes nitinol alloy.

Abstract: The foot motion regenerating device equivalant to a lower limb of human comprises a femoral member, a lower leg member, an artificial hip joint, a knuckle joint equivalant to a knee joint, a bearing equivalent to an ankle joint, a bearing equivalent to an ankle joint and an artificial foot to wear a sports shoes, along with a supporting stand in the type of a slide. A connecting member, equipped with a dead weight equivalant to human body and a hip joint supporting bar is mounted on the top of the hip joint. A spring damping member, equivalant to soft tissue around the knee joint, is installed at the rear part of the connecting parts of the femoral member and the lower leg member.

Abstract: 본 발명은 형상기억합금을 이용하여 소자의 변형량을 측정하고 원하는 변형량으로 소자를 변형시키는 지능형 복합재료 제조에 관한 것이다.
형상기억합금을 스트레인 게이지가 될 수 있도록 도 1에 나타낸 바와 같이 제조하여 소자내에 삽입시킨다. 삽입된 형상기억합금은 소자의 변형시 특정한 변형을 하기 때문에 형상기억합금 고유의 저항값에 변화가 생기며 이러한 변화를 측정함으로써 변형량을 측정할 수 있다.
또한, 형상기억합금의 양 끝단에 전압을 인가하여 발생하는 줄열로 형상기억합금의 형상기억변형 및 열변형을 제어할 수 있기 때문에 구동소자로써의 역할을 할 수 있다.
본 발명소자는 기존의 두개이상의 소자에 의해서 변형량을 측정 및 구동하는 반면에 하나의 소자로써 변형량의 측정 및 구동을 할 수 있다는 특징을 가지고 있다.
