Abstract: PURPOSE: A humidity sensor, a humidity sensing method, and a transistor for the same are provided to solve a reliability degradation problem caused by a hysteresis of a humidity sensor, a slow responding speed, slow recovering time, unstable properties in an environment of high temperature and humidity, contact failure between metal and a humidity sensing film, and a humidity sensing film change. CONSTITUTION: A humidity sensor comprises a conductive material, a charger(910), and a metering device(930). An electric charge is charged in the conductive material. The charger charges the electric charge to the conductive material. The metering device measures variation amount of the electric charge charged in the conductive material.
