Abstract: An apparatus for searching a file by using tag sorting is provided to narrow the range of a file to be searched and increase the accuracy of the file search by arranging a tag, which is attached to the file, based on the priority that a user defines. A tag generating device(30) generates a tag inputted in a management device(10) in text or image, and stores the tag by including a log which is a operating record as to the tag. A tag arranging device(50) arranges the tag generated in the tag generating device based on the arranging standard inputted through the management device. An output device(70) outputs the tag arranged in the tag arranging apparatus as well as a file matched by receiving the selection of the user from the management device.

Abstract: 본 발명은 태그 정렬을 이용한 파일 검색기에 관한 것으로서, 태그 기반 파일검색시스템에서 사용자의 키보드 조작을 최소화할 수 있도록 사용자의 기준에 우선순위를 적용하여 태그를 정렬하고, 이에 따라 사용자의 편의성을 극대화시켜 감성 품질을 증가시킬 수 있는 태그 정렬을 이용한 파일 검색기를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
그 기술적 구성은 상기한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은 저장한 파일을 나타낼 수 있도록 텍스트 또는 이미지를 입력, 수정, 삭제하고, 사용자의 각종 입력을 입력받아 전달하는 관리 수단; 상기 관리 수단에 입력되는 텍스트 또는 이미지로 태그를 생성하되, 이에 대한 운용 기록인 로그를 포함하여 저장시키는 태그생성수단; 상기 태그생성수단으로 생성된 태그를 정렬하되, 상기 관리 수단으로 입력된 사용자의 정렬 기준으로 정렬시키는 태그정렬수단; 상기 태그정렬수단에서 정렬된 태그를 입력받아 출력하되, 상기 출력된 태그 중 상기 관리 수단으로부터 사용자의 선택을 입력받아 매칭되는 파일을 출력하는 출력수단; 상기 태그생성수단에서 생성된 태그 및 로그와, 상기 태그가 부착되는 파일이 저장되는 데이터베이스; 를 포함한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A base pad lay-out for reducing parasitic base-collector capacitance and a method for manufacturing an HBT(Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor) using the same are provided to be capable of improving the operation speed of an HBT device. CONSTITUTION: A base pad lay-out for reducing parasitic base-collector capacitance is provided with a base region(122c) parallel with the first and second direction of a semiconductor substrate, a base pad region(122a) inclined to the base region as much as a predetermined angle, and a base feeding region(122b) aligned to the third direction of the semiconductor substrate for connecting the base region and the base pad region. Preferably, the base pad region is formed in the shape of a square or rectangle type structure.

Abstract: A searchable virtual file system and a file searching method using the same are provided to enable all application programs to use freely a search function through a system interface without modifying the application programs while using data stored in a present file system. A hierarchical search for a directory and a query according to a search condition are performed at the same time by installing an index file and an attribute table in a file system. A result value is returned by generating a virtual directory for a search result. The index file comprises an index structure as many as the number corresponding to each attribute and is managed as a usual file. The index structure is freely selected and replaced with the proper index structure such as a B+ tree, a hash table, and a volume filter according to the property of the search condition by a user or the system.
