A crushed stone layer(14) comprises a load support(100) and a porous elastic layer(10). The load support is made of synthetic rubber. The porous elastic layer which has elasticity is arranged on the top of the load support. Crushed stone is placed inside the load support. The top of the crashed stone is solidified by a binder of urethane. Multiple cells of a cylindrical shape are arranged on the side surface of the load support. Side wall holes are formed in the side walls of the cells. A reinforcing mat is arranged between the crashed stone layer and the ground.

The first screen is arranged horizontally in the segregation chamber and has first filter balls which pass only moisture, and first protrusions arranged in between the fist filter balls. The second screen is arranged horizontally on the top of the first screen and has second filter balls which pass only moisture, and second protrusions arranged in between the second filter balls The first protrusions remove solid materials which clogs the second filter balls, and each first protrusion is arranged to face each second filter ball.
