    Abstract: A method of manufacturing microencapsulated oil powder using herbal extract and an emulsification buffer agent having antioxidant effect to inhibit oil oxidation and an excipient such as dextrin to coat oil powder is provided to maximally inhibit the formation of oxidation products such as peroxides, aldehydes and ketones. Microencapsulated oil powder having long-lasting freshness is prepared by the step of: mixing 6.3 to 7.3% by weight of milk protein, 22.6 to 23.7% by weight of edible oil and fat, 0.3 to 0.9% by weight of an emulsifier and 68.1 to 70.8% by weight of purified water; adding a mixture of herbal extract and emulsification buffer agent in a weight ratio of 1:0.3 to 0.5 thereto; adding dextrin thereto in a weight ratio of 1:0.3 to 0.5; sterilizing the mixture at 75 to 85deg.C for 20 to 40min; homogenizing the mixture at 3,000 to 3,800rpm for 20 to 40min; filtering with a magnetic container having a filter net of 20 to 60 meshes and a magnetic rod with 8,000 to 12,000 Gauss; and drying with a spray drier. The herbal extract is any one of rosemary extract, broccoli extract and citrus extract. The emulsification buffer agent is monobasic phosphate monobasic, dibasic sodium phosphate, tribasic sodium phosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, monobasic potassium phosphate, dibasic potassium phosphate and tribasic potassium phosphate.

    Abstract: A method of measuring the mycotoxin of low concentration is provided to analyze the mycotoxin of low concentration easily, precisely and quantitatively by the secondary ion mass spectrometry. A method of measuring the mycotoxin of low concentration comprises the steps of extracting mycotoxin from a target material to separate and purify it; adsorbing the separated and purified mycotoxin on a metal substrate; and analyzing the mycotoxin adsorbed on the metal substrate by using a secondary ion mass spectrometer. The mycotoxin is at least one selected from the group consisting of aflatoxin, ochratoxin, sterigmatocystin, patulin, rubratoxin, fusariumtoxin, zearalenone and deoxynivalenol.
