폴리올레핀계 트리아릴아민 고분자가 제공된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 유기금속촉매를 이용한 중합법에 의해, 우수한 열적 안정성과 정공수송능력 및 유연성을 가지기 때문에 플렉시블 기판에 적용가능한 폴리올레핀계 트리아릴아민 고분자를 제공할 수 있으며, 이러한 고분자 물질을 이용하여 제조된 유기발광 다이오드와 태양전지 등의 전자소자는 높은 효율과 안정성을 가진다.

An olefinic triarylamine monomer is provided to ensure excellent thermal stability and flexibility, and to prepare polyolefin-based triarylamine polymer applicable to a flexible substrate. An olefinic triarylamine monomer has a structure of chemical formula 1 or 2. In chemical formulas, n1 is an integer of 1-20 and n2 is an integer of 0-20; Z is methylene, methylether, methylthioether, carbonyl, carboxyl or amide; and Ar1~Ar3 are any one selected from C6-40 aryl group, arylalkyl group, alkylaryl group, arylsilyl group, arylalkylsilyl group, haloaryl group, aryloxy group, aryloxoalkyl group, thioaryloxoalkyl group, aryloxoaryl group, arylamino group, arylaminoalkyl group, arylaminoaryl group, arylphosphinoalkyl group, diarylamido group, and triarylamido group.

PURPOSE: A dinuclear metallocene catalyst is provided to easily control the molecular weight of high activity through the formation of a polymer chain in the center of two metals in the catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A dinuclear metallocene catalyst comprises a main catalyst and a co-catalyst. The main catalyst is the metallocene compound of chemical formula 1 comprising chemical formula 2: Ar-B^2-Ar. The co-catalyst, which is an alkylaluminoxane compound, an organic aluminum compound, or a weekly coordinated Lewis acid aluminum compound, or weekly coordinated Lewis acid compound, is a compound for obtaining catalyst activity by reacting with the main catalyst.
