Abstract: PURPOSE: A thermogravimetric analyzer is provided to precisely measure variation of size and weight of solid particles by using a heating tube and a porous sample basket. CONSTITUTION: A thermogravimetric analyzer includes a preheating tube(10), a heating tube(17), a porous sample basket(15), and an electronic balance(21). The preheating tube(10) is installed between a reaction gas vessel(34) and the heating tube(17) so as to preheat reaction gas before reaction gas is fed into the heating tube(17). A flowmeter(32) is provided to adjust a flow rate of reaction gas injected into the heating tube(17) through a reaction gas injection part(26). The heating tube(17) is fixed by means of a flange(11) and includes a temperature measuring section(12) and an electric heating wire(14). The temperature of the heating tube(17) is controlled by means of a temperature controller(13).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A coal gasifier using downer region in circulating fluidized bed reactor is provided to increase selectivity of generated gas through the separation of a combustion region and a gasification region, thereby increasing conversion efficiency of coal. CONSTITUTION: The coal gasifier comprises an ascending pipe(21) for causing a combustion reaction of coal, primary and secondary cyclones(22) connected to an upper end of the ascending pipe for collecting solid particles, a flow supply device(23) connected to a lower end of the cyclone for enabling uniform injection of the solid particles, a descending pipe(24) extending downward from the flow supply device for causing gasification of coal, a gas/solid separator(25) connected to a lower end of the descending pipe, and a solid recirculating portion(26).
