Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for compressed sensing with joint sparsity and an apparatus thereof are provided to partially and complementarily restore a support by using a CS-MMV(Compressed Sensing-Multiple Measurement Vector) access method. CONSTITUTION: A signal subspace estimation operation(410) extracts signal subspace information from a plurality of measured value vectors of jointly sparse signals. The signal subspace estimation operation receives arguments. A partial support restoration operation(420) calculates a subset having one or more joint supports by using the plurality of measured value vectors. Generated signal subspace information can be used. A complementary support restoration operation(430) calculates one or more additional elements of the joint support by using the signal subspace information and a partial support subset.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A compressive DOT(Diffuse Optical Tomography) method and an apparatus thereof are provided to quickly and accurately restore images by restoring the images using joint scarcity. CONSTITUTION: A DOT problem is converted to MMV(Multiple Measurement Vector) by using joint scarcity(S210). An active index set is calculated by using an MMV algorithm(S220). The amount of changed absorption coefficient is calculated by using a least square fitting algorithm(S230). 산란광 단층 촬영의 역문제를 해결하기 위해 흡수 계수의 변화량 및 산란 계수의 변화량을 계산하는 방법 및 장치가 제공된다. 상기의 방법은 산란광 단층 촬영이 수행되는 전체 영역 중 하나 이상의 광원들을 이용하여 광학 계수가 변화하는 복원 대상을 검출하는 단계, 상기 복원 대상에 기반하여 내부 광학 플루엔스(fluence)를 계산하는 단계 및 상기 내부 광학 플루엔스를 이용하여 흡수 계수의 변화량 및 산란 계수의 변화량을 계산하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
