Abstract: An extended viewer module or front glass to overcome the blind spot of automobile by front pillar of a car and Design Method thereof is provided to show left region even at narrow alley by substituting an optical module or a front lens with a concave lens. An optical module demonstrates a concave lens property, attached to side of a front pillar(20) located between a windshield(10) and side glasses(30), in order to secure view of blind area. One surface of the optical module is a curvature having a radius of R2. The other surface facing to one surface is a curvature having a radius of R1. The optical module satisfies the following equation 1/f=(n-1)(1/R1+1/R2) and 1/f=(n-1)(1/R1+1/R2). The other surface of the optical module shaped like a cylinder or a sphere.
