Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method of preparing an emulsion type pesticide by dissolution of insecticidal chemical compounds in ethanol and then adding it to an emulsion to forcibly emulsify is provided. The method does not use an organic solvent and is reduced in an unpleasant smell as compared to conventional pesticides using an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: The emulsion type pesticide is prepared by the following process consisting of: dissolving 0.1 to 2.9% by weight of insecticidal chemical compounds in 0.1 to 10% by weight of ethanol, dissolving 0.1 to 5% by weight of an emulsifier in 73.5 to 97.64% by weight of water to produce an emulsion; and adding 1 to 5% by weight of a freezing preventing agent, 0.1 to 3% by weight of a thickener, 0.05 to 0.5% by weight of a defoaming agent, 0.01 to 0.1% by weight of a preservative to the emulsion and then agitating. The insecticidal chemical compounds are one or more selected from the group consisting of chlorpyrifos, fenitrothion, hydramethylnon, permethrin, pyrethrins and N,N-diethyl-meta-toluamide(DEET).

본 발명은 구조물의 진동을 감지하고 동시에 제어력을 가할 수 있는 감지 작동기(sensoriactuator)에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 기존의 외인성 패브리-페롯(EFPI, Extrinsic Fabry-Perot Interferometer) 광섬유 센서에 제어력을 가할 수 있는 압전 재료를 더 결합하여 구성하고, 또한 압전 재료를 작동기로 사용할 때 방향성 정보를 추출하기 위한 자가감지 브릿지(self-sensing bridge) 회로를 포함하여 구성함으로써, 감지 가능한 변형량의 범위를 확대하고 감지된 신호를 바탕으로 작동기로 바로 사용할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유와 압전 재료를 이용한 감지작동기 및 그 작동 방법에 관한 것으로, 모세 석영 유리관의 양쪽에 각각 삽입되어, 그 사이에 공기간극을 형상하면서 상기 모세 석영 유리관의 양 끝부분에 각각 고정된 제 1,2 단일모드 광섬유와; 상기 모세 석영 유리관의 외주면에 고정된 작동기로 사용 가능한 압전 재료와; 압전 재료에 제어력을 가할 때, 순수 기계적인 변형률만을 추출하는 자가감지 브릿지(self-sensing bridge) 회로부를 포함하는 것이 특징이다.

본 발명은 기존의 외인성 패브리-페롯(EFPI, Extrinsic Fabry-Perot Interferometer) 광섬유 센서와 구조물 변형의 방향성 정보를 취득할 수 있는 방향성 검출 센서를 결합하여, 기존 EFPI 광섬유 센서 시스템의 신호 왜곡 문제를 간단한 신호처리를 통해 해결하고 실시간으로 구조물의 동특성까지 파악하는데 사용될 수 있는 패치형 외인성 패브리-페롯 광섬유 센서 및 이를 이용한 구조물의 실시간 동특성 감지방법에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A patch-type extrinsic fabry-perot interferometer fiber optic sensor and a real time structural vibration monitoring using the same are provided to control the vibration of a structure by developing the extrinsic fabry-perot interferometer fiber optic sensor. CONSTITUTION: A patch-type extrinsic fabry-perot interferometer fiber optic sensor includes a first single mode optical fiber(11), a second single mode optical fiber(12), and a direction detecting sensor(20). The first single mode optical fiber(11) and a second single mode optical fiber(12) are inserted into both ends of a quartz tube(14) and have an air gap formed between the both ends. The first single mode optical fiber(11) and the second single mode optical fiber(12) are flexed to the both ends. The direction detecting sensor(20) is fixed to an outer peripheral surface of the quartz tube(14). The direction detection sensor includes piezoelectric.

Therefore, the product is eliminated in an unpleasant smell as compared to conventional pesticides using an organic solvent and easy to use and can be easily removed with wash after use. CONSTITUTION: For the production of a paste type pesticide, firstly, 0.1 to 2.9% by weight of insecticidal drugs are dissolved in 1 to 10% by weight of a solvent, 0.1 to 5% by weight of an emulsifier is dissolved in 10 to 80% by weight of water to produce an emulsion. Secondly, 1 to 2% by weight of a binder, 10 to 40% by weight of a filler, 10 to 30% by weight of a swelling agent, 0.01 to 0.1% by weight of a preservative and 0.1 to 2.0% by weight of a sweetening agent are added to the emulsion to produce an emulsion slurry. Thirdly, the emulsion slurry is mixed with the solution of insecticidal drugs. The insecticidal drugs are one or more selected from the group consisting of chlorpyrifos, fenitrothion, hydramethylnon, permethrin, pyrethrins and N,N-diethyl-meta-toluamide(DEET).
