Abstract:
본 발명에서는 새로운 반-보디피 (half-BODIPY) 화합물 형태인 디플루오로-보로-아자-벤즈아줄렌과 그의 단단계 합성 방법에 대하여 개시한다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은 위 화합물을 구조적, 분광학적 방법으로 분석하여 5각형-7각형-6각형 고리 조합의 새로운 구조적 형태를 가지고 있음을 확인한다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 화합물을 이용하여 기존 보디피 화합물과 유사한 구조를 가지면서 형광 강도가 수소 이온에 대하여 42배, 불소 이온에 대하여 5배 증가되는 보디피(BODIPY) 화합물을 제공한다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method of five new 3-furaldehyde derivatives including chloro-, bromo-, and succinimidyl functional groups. Specifically the preparation method of the present invention provides 5-substituted or 2,5-substituted 3-furaldehyde derivatives through a reaction using 3-furaldehyde, specific halogenation reagent, and a solvent.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing a hybrid using mechanochemical method of silica and Schiff base compounds is provided to control release of Zn^2+. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid material of [rlysH2] and silica is used for sensing copper or zinc ions in an aqueous solution. A hybrid material of silica and amino acid schiff base compounds of [Zn2(slysH)2Cl2] or [Zn2(rslysH)2(u-OAc)2] is used for sensing the copper ions in the aqueous solution. The base compounds have a functional group-substituted structure. A method for preparing the hybrid material of amino acid Schiff base compounds and silica comprises: a step of mixing silica gel and pulverizing; a step of extracting and removing the amino acid Schiff base compounds by distilled water; and a step of removing a solvent using a vacuum pump.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a difluoro-boro-aza-benzazulene of a new half-BODIPY compound type and a synthesis method thereof. More specifically, the present invention confirms that the compound has a new structure of pentagoanl-heptagoanl-hexagoanl ring combination through a spectroscopic analysis. Moreover, the present invention provides a BODIPY compound which has a similar structure to an existing BODIPY compound and improves fluorescent intensity 42 times with respect to hydrogen ions and 5 times with respect to fluorine ions using the compound.

본 발명은 클로로-, 브로모-, 그리고 숙시니미딜 작용기를 가진 5개의 새로운 3-푸르알데히드 유도체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명의 제조방법은 3-푸르알데히드와 특정 할로겐화 시약과 용매를 사용한 반응을 통해 5-치환된 또는 2,5-치환된 3-푸르알데히드 유도체를 얻을 수 있다.
