Abstract: PURPOSE: A closed type online measuring apparatus is provided to measure on-line without diluting a sample at thick density by adjusting the length of a light transmittance passage. CONSTITUTION: A cuvette holder comprises a substrate; a fixing plate vertically formed on the substrate for transmitting radiant light and circulating a sample; a moving plate vertically installed on the substrate to move axially on the substrate and to transmit the radiant light; a metallic rod connecting an electric fixing plate and the moving plate; and an isolating membrane having a closed space between the electric fixing plate and the moving plate. The cuvette holder has a micrometer to transfer the moving plate finely, and measures the density of material in a reactor throughout on-line at low costs without reactive solution loss, contamination and error for automatic process control and optimal condition.

Abstract: 본 발명은 분광광도계의 광투과 경로 길이를 조절하여 배양액 중의 세포를 비롯한 각종 고형물 및 용존물질의 농도를 고농도까지 온-라인으로 측정할 수 있는 분광광도계의 큐빗홀더에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 큐빗홀더는 기판, 기판 위에 수직으로 설치되며 복사광이 투과할 수 있고 시료의 순환이 가능한 고정판, 기판 위에 축 방향 이동이 가능하도록 수직으로 설치되며 복사광이 투과할 수 있는 이동판, 전기 고정판과 이동판을 연결하는 금속봉 및 전기 고정판과 이동판에 연결되어 두 판 사이의 밀폐된 공간을 제공하는 차단막을 포함한다. 또한, 상기 큐빗홀더에는 이동판의 미세한 이동을 위하여 마이크로미터를 추가로 구비할 수도 있다. 본 발명의 큐빗홀더는 저렴한 비용으로 반응기 내 물질의 농도를 넓은 범위에 걸쳐, 반응액 손실, 오염의 위험, 희석에 따른 오차 유발요인 없이, 온-라인으로 측정할 수 있으므로, 자동공정제어 및 최적조업 조건유지에 이용될 수 있다.
