Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus of increasing a common mode rejection ratio and a method thereof are provided to improve a common mode rejection ratio by using three instrumentation amplifiers. CONSTITUTION: A measurement amplification device comprises a first instrument amplifier(110), a second instrument amplifier(120), and a third instrument amplifier(130). The first instrument amplifier has a positive input terminal(112) and a negative input terminal(114). A signal is inputted to the first instrument amplifier through the positive input terminal and the negative input terminal. The first instrument amplifier generates an output signal by performing a measurement amplifying function for the inputted signal. The second instrument amplifier has a positive input terminal(122) and a negative input terminal(124). The third instrument amplifier has a positive input terminal(132) and a negative input terminal(134).

Abstract: 집적화가 가능하며 전력 소모가 감소된 피검사자의 맥파 전달 속도를 측정하는 맥파 전달 속도 측정 장치는 바이오 임피던스 신호 측정부, 심전도 신호 측정부 및 데이터 처리부를 포함한다. 바이오 임피던스 신호 측정부는 피검사자의 신체의 일부분에 전달되는 테스트 전류에 기초하여 생성된 바이오 임피던스 신호를 측정한다. 심전도 신호 측정부는 피검사자의 심전도 신호를 측정한다. 데이터 처리부는 바이오 임피던스 신호 및 심전도 신호에 기초하여 피검사자의 맥파 전달 속도를 측정한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring pulse wave velocity and a method thereof are provided to reduce power consumption by using a electricity transfer device. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for measuring pulse wave velocity and a method thereof, an impedance signal measuring unit(100) includes a test current generator(110), a bio impedance signal electrode(130), a bio-impedance signal amplification unit(150), and a bio-impedance signal processing unit(170). A bio-impedance signal measurement unit(100) includes a first amplifier(160) and a second amplifier(180). The test current generator generates a current which is transmitted to one part of the body of a subject. A local oscillator is connected to the earth and generates a local oscillation signal. The bio impedance signal electrode comprises two electrode pads. A pulse wave transmission speed measuring unit comprises the bio-impedance signal measurement unit, a electrocardiogram signal measurement unit(200), and a data processing unit(350).
