Abstract: 본 발명은 변위를 측정하는 변위측정장치에 있어서, 마이크로미터 이하의 위치 분해능의 초정밀 측정이 가능하도록 높은 감도를 갖는 초정밀 고감도 변위측정장치를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 마이크로미터 이하의 정밀 측정이 가능한 변위측정장치에 있어서, 자성체(17, 19)를 이용하여 폐루프를 형성하고, 상기 자성체(17, 19)의 폐루프 내에 자기장을 형성하는 주코일뭉치(11)와 2차 코일뭉치(13)를 수용하는 전자기시스템(10)과, 변위입력부(21)와 2차 코일이 감겨진 코어(14)에 고정된 변위출력부(24)를 구비하며, 상기 변위입력부(21)로 입력된 변위에 대하여 상기 변위출력부(24)가 비례적으로 증폭된 변위를 출력하도록 안내하는 판스프링(20)과, 상기 입력되는 변위가 한 축방향으로만 입력되도록 상기 판스프링(20)의 변위입력부(21)를 지지하는 지지수단(30)을 포함하는 변위측정장치가 제공된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A measuring device for a displacement is provided to improve sensitivity by using a guide instrument of amplifying an input displacement. CONSTITUTION: A displacement measuring device is formed by an electromagnetic system(10) for generating flux, a support instrument(30) supporting a contact probe(39), and leaf springs(20) fixed at the support instrument for varying magnetic body cores by an amplified output displacement. Herein, the leaf springs are attached on the electromagnetic system. Thus, the magnetic body cores maintain a gap between each other while maintaining an air gap from a protrusion unit of a closed loop magnetic body. The support instrument includes a fixed block at a lower surface of the closed loop magnetic body, a moving block located at a lower surface of a beam magnetic body, and four supporters connecting the blocks. Moreover, a rod is fixed at the moving block for installing the contacting probe.
