Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and method for selecting a promising research and development theme and a record media recorded with a program implementing the same are provided to reduce the time taken for evaluating analysis and evaluation and improve the accuracy in the analysis and evaluation in consideration of a quantized evaluation index. CONSTITUTION: A technology level analysis unit(140) determines analyzes a candidate R&D technology and determines the technology level for each evaluation item of the R&D target candidate technology. A candidate technology filter(150) excludes some from the R&D target candidate technologies. A matrix analyzer(160) classifies the candidate technology matrix analysis scheme based on the evaluation item.
