Abstract: 본 발명은 다국어 번역 시스템 및 그 방법과 그 방법에 대한 컴퓨터 프로그램을 저장한 기록매체에 관한 것으로서, 인터넷 사용자가 외국의 웹 사이트에 방문하여 블록 설정한 웹 문장을 온라인을 통해 실시간으로 번역해 줌으로써, 외국 인터넷 사이트를 쉽고 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 뛰어난 기능을 제공한다.
이를 위한 본 발명에 의한 다국어 번역 방법은 다국어 번역 시스템의 웹 브라우저를 사용자 단말기에 저장하는 제 1 단계; 상기 다국어 번역 시스템의 웹 브라우저를 실행하여 인터넷 통신망을 통해 상기 다국어 번역 시스템의 웹 서버에 접속하는 제 2 단계; 상기 다국어 번역 시스템의 웹 서버를 통해 웹 사이트를 검색하는 제 3 단계; 상기 웹 사이트의 외국어 문서 중 일정 부분의 문장을 블록 설정하여 상기 다국어 번역 시스템에 번역을 요청하는 제 4 단계; 상기 다국어 번역 시스템에서 상기 사용자 단말기로부터 수신된 번역 의뢰 문서를 검색하여 해당 번역 서버로 전송하는 제 5 단계; 및 상기 해당 번역 서버에서 상기 번역 의뢰 문서를 번역하여 상기 사용자 단말기로 전송하는 제 6 단계를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and a method for translating multiple languages, and a recording medium storing a computer program for the same are provided to translate a web sentence, which is fixed as a block by an Internet user visiting a foreign web site, in real-time through the online. CONSTITUTION: A web server(110) is equipped with a translation server(120) translating a foreign document received from a user terminal(10) through the Internet communication network(20) and transmitting translation to the user terminal, and a word server(130) operated by linking with the translation server and offering information for a word requested from the translation server. A translation program database(140) is operated by linking with the translation server and stores a translation program. A dictionary database(150) is operated by linking with the word server and stores multiple words. A user definition database(160) is operated by linking with the word server, and stores user-defined words including abbreviated words, new words, and undefined words.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for evaluating a bibliography database in real-time is provided to evaluate/analyze a quality of the database by suggesting standards and items to evaluate the quality, and using a subjective and quantitative measuring method. CONSTITUTION: A subject specialist(1) provides the specialized knowledge through the Internet(2). A database manager invites the subject specialist from the Internet. If the subject specialist applies for a database writer by inputting the career information, the information is stored in a database specialist pool database(4) of the database manager. The bibliography database written by a database writer is stored in the bibliography database(5) of the database manager. The error information of the bibliography database written by the database writer is stored in an error database(6) of the database manager. A data quality evaluation result evaluating the data quality of the bibliography database written by database writer in real-time on the online is stored in an evaluation database(7) of the database manager.
