Abstract: A system and a method for extracting and creating information analysis type table contents are provided to selectively extract a part made of a picture or a table in various document type files to automatically generate each record of a database in order to search and use the picture and table professionally. A document file collector(10) collects technology and market trend related document files through an internet or an input unit. A diagram extractor(20) extracts a diagram from the collected documents. An image processor(30) processes the extracted diagram into an image. A text extractor(40) extracts a text from the collected document. A raw data generator(50) receives the extracted contents to generate raw data. A keyword extractor(60) extracts a keyword from the collected document. An image contents generator(70) receives the processed image, the generated raw data, and the extracted keyword to generate image contents.

Abstract: A system and a method for deducting a future signal and an issue by using R&D(Research & Development) environment information are provided to offer needed information such as future improvement power by collecting and analyzing information affecting change of the user needs, and deducting the signals related to the change of the user needs through statistical analysis and text mining. A transceiving module receives information inputted from a plurality of terminals(31-34) and transmits the information to the terminals. An information collecting module uses a robot agent and an RSS(Really Simple Syndication) technique. An information processing module processes information by frequency analysis and determination of an expert group. A signal deducting module deducts a signal by using data mining and statistical analysis. An issue deducting module deducts an issue by using an online Delphi technique. A controlling module manages information transfer between transceiving module and other modules, and manages information read/write of a database(40). The database includes a user information database, a collected information database, a signal information database, and an issue information database.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for evaluating a bibliography database in real-time is provided to evaluate/analyze a quality of the database by suggesting standards and items to evaluate the quality, and using a subjective and quantitative measuring method. CONSTITUTION: A subject specialist(1) provides the specialized knowledge through the Internet(2). A database manager invites the subject specialist from the Internet. If the subject specialist applies for a database writer by inputting the career information, the information is stored in a database specialist pool database(4) of the database manager. The bibliography database written by a database writer is stored in the bibliography database(5) of the database manager. The error information of the bibliography database written by the database writer is stored in an error database(6) of the database manager. A data quality evaluation result evaluating the data quality of the bibliography database written by database writer in real-time on the online is stored in an evaluation database(7) of the database manager.
