    Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method to predict a life cycle of a product based on the product properties. An embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus to predict the life cycle of a new product. The apparatus comprises: a product property database which stores the product property variable value for each product; a prediction module (1040) which uses the product property variable value as a variable and uses a mixed ensemble model of at least two regression models to predict p (innovation coefficient) and q (imitation coefficient) of a Bass Model, and predicts the life cycle of a new product using the p and the q; and a display unit which displays the predicted life cycle of the new product.
