Abstract: PURPOSE: A cleansing cosmetic composition for treating acne lesion is provided to ensure antibacterial action and to suppress propionibacteriium acnes proliferation. CONSTITUTION: A cleansing cosmetic composition for treating acne contains 3.0 weight% of Carthamus tinctorius (safflower) flower extract and 1.0-5.0 weight% of aroma essential oil. The aroma essential oil is tea tree, chamomile, lavender, and neroli. The cleansing cosmetic composition is used in the form of soap, cleansing foam, or mask pack. A method for extracting Carthamus tinctorius (safflower) flower comprises: a step of pulverizing dried Carthamus tinctorius (safflower) flower; a step of adding distilled water to the Carthamus tinctorius (safflower) flower and extracting; a step of decompressing to concentrate; and a step of freeze-drying.

Abstract: 본 발명은 산초유를 함유하는 아토피 피부 개선용 화장품 조성물 및, 이를 이용하여 제조되는 아토피 피부 개선용 크림을 제공한다.
본 발명에서 산초유는 산초나무의 종자를 건조한 후 230~250℃에서 5~10분간 볶은 후에 착유되거나, 산초나무의 종자를 건조한 후 10~20분간 찐 후에 착유된 것을 특징으로 한다.
아울러 본 발명의 아토피 피부 개선용 크림은 산초유를 포함하는 피부 컨디셔닝제 30.0~33.0중량%; 용제 43.0~44.0중량%; 계면활성제 9.0~9.2중량%; 유연제 7.8~8.0중량%; 팽화제 5.6~5.7중량%; 그리고 pH조절제와 천연방부제 0.1~4.6중량%; 의 비율로 혼합하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에서는 아토피 피부염의 개선에 천연재료를 사용하기 때문에, 스테로이드제제나 항생제 등 화학성분이 포함되지 않아 부작용의 위험을 최소화시킬 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for treating atopic dermatitis containing Zanthoxylum schinifolium oil is provided to minimize side effects using natural ingredients and ensure anti-oxidation and anti-inflammation. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for treating atopic dermatitis contains Zanthoxylum schinifolium oil as an active ingredient. The Zanthoxylum schinifolium oil is obtained by drying Zanthoxylum schinifolium seed and roasting at 230~250°C for 5-10 minutes to extracting oil. The cosmetic composition is used for manufacturing a cream for treating atopic dermatitis. The cream contains 30.0-33.0 weight% of skin conditioning agent containing the Zanthoxylum schinifolium oil, 43.0-44.0 weight% of solvent, 9.0-9.2 weight% of surfactant, 7.8-8.0 weight% of softening agent, 5.6-5.7 weight% of bulking agent, and 0.1-4.6 weight% of pH adjusting agent and natural antiseptic.
