PURPOSE: A cleansing cosmetic composition for treating acne lesion is provided to ensure antibacterial action and to suppress propionibacteriium acnes proliferation. CONSTITUTION: A cleansing cosmetic composition for treating acne contains 3.0 weight% of Carthamus tinctorius (safflower) flower extract and 1.0-5.0 weight% of aroma essential oil. The aroma essential oil is tea tree, chamomile, lavender, and neroli. The cleansing cosmetic composition is used in the form of soap, cleansing foam, or mask pack. A method for extracting Carthamus tinctorius (safflower) flower comprises: a step of pulverizing dried Carthamus tinctorius (safflower) flower; a step of adding distilled water to the Carthamus tinctorius (safflower) flower and extracting; a step of decompressing to concentrate; and a step of freeze-drying.

CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a spinach drink composition comprises the following steps: mixing 40-50wt% of spinach extract, 4-6wt% of polygonatum sibiricum extract with the sweetness of 10-20Brix, 3-5wt% of apple extract with the sweetness of 50-60Brix, and 30-40wt% of oligosaccharide; adding 10-14wt% of white sugar, 0.3-0.6wt% of citric acid, and 0.2-0.5wt% of flavoring agent into the mixture; and packaging the obtained composition before sealing, sterilizing, and cooling.

CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional granular tea using phellinus linteus comprises the following steps: hydrothermal extracting the phellinus linteus, and concentrating; hydrothermal extracting medical herbs including paeonia lactiflora, Korean angelica root, rehmanniae radix preparata, ganoderma, cassia seeds, zingiberis rhizoma crudus, cnidii rhizoma, jujube, cinnamon, and licorice, and concentrating; sterilizing the phellinus linteus extract and the medical herbs extract; detecting the proper pH, and inspecting for bacterium, before mixing with an additive containing glucose hydrocrystalline and lactose; granulating the mixture using a granulator; and drying the obtained granules.

A method of manufacturing functional soybean paste containing herbal extract is provided to prepare soybean paste with pharmacological actions of herbs. Functional soybean paste is prepared by mixing 20 to 26% by weight of herbal extract, 43 to 49% by weight of rice Koji, 20 to 26% by weight of soybean Koji and 5 to 11% by weight of salt. The herbal extract contains Viscum album extract, prepared Rehmannia root extract, Polygonum root extract and Platycodon root extract in a weight ratio of 1:2 to 3:1 to 2:1 to 3. The rice koji is obtained by inoculating Aspergillus oryzae in steamed rice and fermenting. The soybean Koji is obtained by grinding steamed soybeans, inoculating ground soybeans with Bacillus natto and fermenting.

본 발명은 오랫동안 보관하면서 청매실의 좋은 영양성분을 손쉽게 섭취할 수 있는 청매실환 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 부형제를 이용하지 않고 청매실만으로 환 제품을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 본 발명에 따른 청매실환 제조방법은, 수확한 청매실을 세척하는 제1단계; 세척한 청매실의 과피에 있는 수분과 과육꼭지를 제거하고 그늘에서 12~36시간 말리는 제2단계; 말린 청매실에서 씨를 제거하고, 씨가 제거된 청매실과육의 일부는 착즙하는 한편, 일부는 건조하는 제3단계; 착즙된 청매실과즙을 가열하여 농축하는 한편, 건조된 청매실과육을 미분쇄하는 제4단계; 청매실과즙 농축액과 청매실과육 미분쇄분말을 혼합 반죽하여 청매실환(丸)으로 제환하는 제5단계; 그리고, 제환된 청매실환을 건조하는 제6단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
