Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for measuring a working rate of a micro hole is provided to easily measure the size of the micro hole and the number of micro holes by measuring the pressure of a water drop when the water drop is dropped. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring a working rate of a micro hole includes an external frame(3), a pressurization piston(1), a unit(6) for preventing leakage of pressure, and a pressure gauge. The external frame(3) is fixed to the center of a frame supporting a pressurizing unit. The pressurization piston(1) is inserted into the external frame(3). The pressurization piston(1) pressurizes a test sample nested on the lower part of the external frame(3) while operating in up and down directions. The unit(6) for preventing leakage of pressure is coupled with the lower side of the external frame(3) and prevents leakage of pressure exerted by the pressurization piston(1). The pressure gauge(14) measures pressure exerted on the test sample by the pressurization piston(1).
