Abstract: 본발명은인공신경망을이용한 2액형접착제의혼합비측정장치, 방법및 컴퓨터프로그램에관한것으로서, 더욱상세하게는주재와경화재의혼합에의한 2액형접착제를제조하는과정에서실시간으로혼합비의이상을검출함으로써즉시공정에적용할수 있도록하는 2액형접착제의혼합비측정장치및 방법에관한것이다. 본발명에의하면, 2액형접착제의제조과정에서, 2액형접착제의제조과정에서, 2개의재료혼합시인공신경망을이용하여실시간으로혼합비율의자동측정이이루어지도록함으로써, 불량발생시즉시조치하여공정에적용할수 있도록하고, 이에의해혼합비오류에의한접착제불량률을현저히줄이면서효율적인생산이가능하도록하는, 2액형접착제의혼합비측정장치및 방법을제공한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for buffering vibration of a vibration isolation table and a method are provided to maintain the horizontal position in normal state by applying linear load to a support part by using a vibration buffering unit having adjustable height. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for buffering vibration of a vibration isolation table comprises an air spring, a height adjusting member, and a pneumatic control unit. The air spring controls inner pressure following the degree of freedom of target elements. The air spring is composed of a plurality of elements. The height adjusting member adjusts the height of the air spring and maintains the inner pressure of the air spring in an even state. Abstract: PURPOSE: An active vibration isolating device using a pneumatic spring and a piezoelectric actuator is provided to offer the excellent vibration isolation and position control capability by simultaneously using the vibration isolating material and actuator. CONSTITUTION: An active vibration isolating device comprises a vibration isolation material, an actuator and a passive elastic member. The vibration isolation material has the low first natural frequency. The actuator has the higher rigidity than the vibration isolation material and controls the displacement. The vibration isolation material, actuator and the passive elastic member are each other serially connected. The vibration isolation material is one type among a passive type, a half-active type and an active type. The rigidity of the passive elastic member has the value smaller than the ten times rigidity of the actuator.
