Abstract: A throwing type emergency tripod is disclosed. The throwing type emergency tripod comprises: a first tube which has a triangular cross section shape; a second tube and a third tube which share one side of the first tube and has a triangular cross section shape during expansion; a sealing housing which seals lower connection points of the first, second, and third tubes; an igniting button which is combined with the lower part of the sealing housing in order to move toward the sealing housing; an igniting device which is placed inside the lower part of the sealing housing in order to be exploded when the igniting button moves toward the sealing housing; a tube expansion compound which is formed by mixing sodium azide and oxidized steel in order to expand the first, second, and third tubes; and a separate ribbon which is normally placed to cover the top circumference of the igniting button in order to be removed only during throwing, and prevent the movement of the igniting button toward the sealing housing. According to the present invention, the throwing type emergency tripod can be installed a desired position by a throwing motion so that a driver does not have to move the whole distance of 100-200 meters to the back side during vehicle failures or accidents by including the first, second, and third tubes, the tube expansion compound, the igniting device, and the igniting button.
