Abstract: PURPOSE: A bottle cap for preventing the production of counterfeit products is provided to prevent a dealer of counterfeit western liquor from producing the counterfeit products. CONSTITUTION: A bottle cap for preventing the production of counterfeit products comprises the following: an outer cap(10) including a through-hole for discharging contents, a coupling unit including screw threads, and a storage unit without the screw threads; a combining unit including the screw threads corresponding to the screw threads on the coupling unit; an inner cap(20) including a joint, a fixing unit, and a holder; the fixing unit contacting an inlet of a bottle; the holder connecting the joint and the fixing unit; an outlet for discharging the contents from the bottle; a coupling prevention member(30) located inside the storage unit of the outer cap; an outlet cap(40) inserted into the outlet; and a coupling ring(50) located on the lower side of the lower cap, and screwed to the coupling unit of the outer cap.

Abstract: 본 발명은 위조방지용 마개에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 개봉이 완료되면 병에 구속된 상태를 유지하며 다시 닫을 수 없어, 개봉 여부를 쉽게 판단할 수 있는 위조방지용 마개에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 내용물이 수용되어 있는 병을 밀폐하는 위조방지용 마개에 관한 것으로서, 일단이 개방된 실린더 형태로서, 타단에 내용물이 배출될 수 있는 관통홀이 형성되며, 내부에 나사산이 형성되어 있는 체결부와 나사산이 형성되어 있지 않은 수용부를 구비한 외부마개; 상기 외부마개의 체결부의 나사산에 대응하는 나사산이 외부에 형성된 결합부와 상기 병의 주둥이와 접하는 고정부와 상기 겹합부와 고정부를 연결하며 상기 겹합부 및 고정부에 비해서 움푹 들어간 걸림부를 포함하며, 내부에는 상기 고정부를 통해서 유입된 내용물이 유동하는 유로 및 내용물이 배출되는 배출구가 형성되어 있는 내부마개; 상기 외부마개의 수용부에 배치되며, 내면에서 중심축 방향으로 연장된 돌기부를 구비한 체결방지부재; 및 상기 내부마개의 배출구에 삽입되는 배출구 마개;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위조방지용 마개가 제공된다.
