Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for transmitting and receiving an instruction, which comprises an instruction transceiving unit for a leader including an instruction input part having a plurality of instruction input keys and outputting a corresponding state signal according to a drive state of an instruction key, a first signal processing part connected to the instruction input part, determining a driven instruction input key by using a state of a signal outputted from the instruction input keys of the instruction input part, and outputting a corresponding instruction signal according to the type of the driven instruction input key, and a first data transceiving part connected to the first signal processing part for wirelessly transmitting the instruction signal; and an instruction transceiving unit for a corpsman including a second data transceiving part for receiving the instruction signal from the first data transceiving part, a second signal processing part connected to the second data transceiving part, determining the type of the instruction transmitted from the instruction transceiving unit for the leader by using the instruction signal applied from the second data transceiving part, and outputting a driving signal corresponding to the type of the determined instruction, and an instruction output part which touches the skin of a wearer and operated in a corresponding state according to a signal outputted by the signal processing part.
