Abstract: PURPOSE: An injection material with water retentivity for porous asphalt pavement and a pavement structure using the same are provided to reduce heat island by lowering the temperature a road and the surroundings of the road. CONSTITUTION: An injection material with water retentivity for porous asphalt pavement comprises a cement binding material, water retention additive, and silica fume. The cement binding material comprises Portland cement 30~50 weight% and ultra rapid hardening cement 50~70 weight%. The water retention additive is formed by mixing one or more of zeolite, diatomite, slag powder, bottom ash, coal ash, and lime.

CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a tie bar comprises the following processes. A synthetic fiber(121) is wrapped on the outer surface of the core body(110) of a tie bar(100), and forms a projection(120). A core body is dipped in a water tank(10) filled with adhesive(11). A core body is pulled out from the water tank and is dried.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A road pavement structure using a dowel bar and a construction method thereof are provided to improve durability by preventing the road pavement structure from being corroded. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a road pavement structure using a dowel bar is as follows. A holder is installed on the top of a base layer or an auxiliary base layer. A dowel bar(100) is installed on the top of the holder. One end of the dowel bar is welded in the holder, and the other end is slidably installed in the holder. The dowel bar comprises a pipe body(110) and filler(120). The pipe body has a filling space. The pipe body is buried in the ground in order to couple both sides of a joint of a road pavement. The pipe body is filled with the filler.

CONSTITUTION: A dry-cut apparatus for forming a pavement joint comprises a moving vehicle, a protection box(20), a cutting blade(30), and a labeling prevention member(100). A protection box is installed in a moving vehicle and has a cutting blade housing space inside. A cutting blade is mounted inside of a protection box. A labeling protection member is installed in the lower part of a protection box and comprises a main body portion and an exposed groove. A main body portion is formed in a plate shape in order to compress the upper side of a road pavement. An exposed groove is formed in the deep part of a main body portion so that the lower end of the cutting edge of a disk type structure is exposed toward down.
