Abstract: The present invention provides a detection apparatus of axles tampering of a vehicle using an image processing technique, comprising: a loading amount measuring device for measuring the weight of a vehicle to be measured; a sensor unit for detecting an entering time and an exit time of the vehicle; a photographing unit for photographing the vehicle from the entering and exiting of the vehicle; and an image processing unit for determining whether axles are tampered by vehicle information composed of a measured value of the load amount measuring device, information on the sensor unit, and the image of the photographing unit.
