Abstract: An integrated road management system based on digital map and a control method for the same are provided to determine state of a road and any disaster generated on the road. An integrated road management system based on digital map comprises a sensing device(1), installed at specific location of road facility, detecting and transmitting an incident situation, an integrated management server(2) displaying disaster and information of location in which the disaster occurs on the digital map, a control panel section(3) inputting control command of administrator to the integrated management server and an over-all situation display monitor(4) showing integrated road management information updated with the integrated management server.

Abstract: 본 발명은 도로시설물의 특정위치에 설치되어 사고상황을 검출하여 전송하는 센싱장치수단과; 상기 도로시설물을 포함한 도로관리종합정보들을 전자지도(GIS)상에 표시되도록 관련표시정보를 제어하고 특정장소에 재난이나 재해발생시 전송되는 센싱장치수단으로부터 검출된 사고상황정보를 분석한 다음 투입이 가능한 응급대응자원을 산출하여 해당 장소로 투입시키며, 상기 재난이나 재해가 발생된 위치를 전자지도상에 표시키는 통합관리서버와; 상기 제어패널부의 기능제어신호에 따라 통합관리서버에 의해 계속 업데이트되는 도로관리종합정보를 전자지도상에 표시키는 종합상황표시 모니터를 포함하여 구성되는 전자지도를 기반으로 하는 도로관리통합시스템 및 그 제어방법을 제공한다.
상기와 같은 본 발명은 관리대상 도로를 전자지도화한 다음 특정 도로상에 재난이나 재해발생시 이를 센싱수단이나 기타 통신수단을 통해 즉시 파악하여 전자지도상에 표시되고 그 시점에서 가용한 통합응급 대응수단을 파악하여 즉시 해당 장소로 투입처리하므로써, 관리도로상에 발생되는 재난이나 재해에 대해 현장상황을 신속하고 효율적으로 판단하여 실시간으로 대응조치할 수 있다.
