Abstract translation: 本发明涉及一种用于计算道路质量绩效指标的方法，道路质量评估方法以及使用质量绩效指标（即量化质量评估标准）的道路质量评价装置，以客观确定 建设道路的每个施工目标的质量。 为此，用于计算道路质量绩效指标的方法的特征在于包括：对建筑作业类型的评价项目进行分类的步骤（S610），即对要构建的道路中的每个建筑工作类型的评价项目; 计算各种建筑工作类型的分类评价项目的评价等级和加权值的步骤（S620） 以及使用评价等级和加权值来计算建筑目标的质量绩效指标即量化评价指标的步骤（S630）。

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for calculating a road quality performance index, a method for evaluating road quality, a device for evaluating road quality, and a recording medium thereof are provided to reduce maintenance costs for a roadway construction object by improving quality through the evaluation of the quality performance index. CONSTITUTION: A road quality evaluating device classifies estimation items by process according to roadway construction to calculate a road quality performance index(S610). After the estimation items by process are classified through a survey, the advice of an expert, or site evaluation, the device calculates a weighted value and an evaluation grade according to the classified estimation items(S620). The device calculates a quality performance index about a construction object by using the weighted value and the evaluation grade(S630).
