Abstract: PURPOSE: A three layered padding without stick-through is provided to prevent hard touching of the padding by performing surface treatment without stick-through as well as surface reinforcement for preventing stick-through, and a manufacturing method of the three layered padding without stick-through is provided. CONSTITUTION: In manufacturing a three layered padding, the method for manufacturing the three layered padding without stick-through comprises a binder adhesion step adhering a binder which is composed in a certain mixing ratio onto the surface of a web(50) passing through heat press rolls using a sprayer; a drying step of first drying and crosslinking the surface of the web obtained in the binder adhesion step using a band drier, and second drying and crosslinking the binder adhered backside of the web after adhering a binder onto the backside of the web using a sprayer; a heating step of heating the dispersed powder using a far-infrared heater(62) after dispersing powder from a powder hopper(61) onto the upper part of an intermediate heat insulation layer one side of which is exudation prevention treated obtained in the drying step; and cooling step of completing lamination by passing the laminated material through a cooling roll(65) after laminating a thermally bonded non-woven fabric(63) on the upper part of the intermediate heat insulation layer passing through the heating step by means of thermoplastic powder using laminating rolls(64).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a textile is provided, which has soft touch, excellent drapability, high moisture transpiration and high productivity, and reduces the cost owing to rapid producing speed by using a dot printing. CONSTITUTION: In a doubling process of the textile(a fabric or a non-woven fabric) and a film, the manufacturing method comprises the steps of: coating a thermosetting self-cross linking type adhesive resin on the form of a dot on the textile through a screen having proper size of holes; doubling the coated textile and 10-30micrometer of a polyester film and polyurethane film on a press roll having 3-10bar of pressure; and then drying the textile by passing through a heated-air dryer or a far infrared ray dryer having 90-130deg.C of temperature. The other method is comprised of: coating a hot melt resin on the form of the dot on the textile through the screen; drying the coated textile in the heated-air dryer at 110-150deg.C; passing the coated textile through a far infrared ray heater having 100-150deg.C of temperature at 20-30m/minute to change the hot melt resin into a fluid state; doubling the film with the press roll at proper pressure; and then cooling on a cooling roll.
