본 발명은 자동차용 내장재에 관한 것으로, 특히 자동차 천정(Headliner), 도어트림(Door trim), 시트(Seat) 등의 표피 마감재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 자동자 내장재는 기존 사용되고 있는 표피재의 표면에 특수한 프린트 가공을 하여 입체감을 부여하여 고급스럽고 다양한 외관을 얻을 수 있으며, 성형(Molding) 가공 시에도 프린트의 입체감이 유지되는 특징이 있으며, 표면의 입체감에 의해서 흡음성능이 우수한 특징이 있다.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a padding is characterized by manufacturing an external layer being free from ooze of fiber and having soft touch, doubling the external layer with a middle heat insulating layer, simplifying a complicated manufacturing facilities and increasing production velocity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a padding containing a middle heat insulating layer and an external layer is as follows: carding short fiber; passing web treated ooze prevention through a heat press roll(48) to adhere and to form external web(34) specially; treating one side of the external web(34) with a thermoplastic resin to give adhesive property; and then heating the external web(34) and middle heat insulating layer web(44), followed by cooling the doubled padding(46).

PURPOSE: A three layered padding without stick-through is provided to prevent hard touching of the padding by performing surface treatment without stick-through as well as surface reinforcement for preventing stick-through, and a manufacturing method of the three layered padding without stick-through is provided. CONSTITUTION: In manufacturing a three layered padding, the method for manufacturing the three layered padding without stick-through comprises a binder adhesion step adhering a binder which is composed in a certain mixing ratio onto the surface of a web(50) passing through heat press rolls using a sprayer; a drying step of first drying and crosslinking the surface of the web obtained in the binder adhesion step using a band drier, and second drying and crosslinking the binder adhered backside of the web after adhering a binder onto the backside of the web using a sprayer; a heating step of heating the dispersed powder using a far-infrared heater(62) after dispersing powder from a powder hopper(61) onto the upper part of an intermediate heat insulation layer one side of which is exudation prevention treated obtained in the drying step; and cooling step of completing lamination by passing the laminated material through a cooling roll(65) after laminating a thermally bonded non-woven fabric(63) on the upper part of the intermediate heat insulation layer passing through the heating step by means of thermoplastic powder using laminating rolls(64).

PURPOSE: A fiber composite filtration media is provided which is coated with the microporous membrane by foaming a microporous membrane and used as a bag filter for a dry type dust collector, and a manufacturing method of the fiber composite filtration media is provided. CONSTITUTION: The microporous membrane coated filtration media for a dust collector comprises a substrate layer(2) consisting of a fabric cloth or non-woven fabric, and a microporous coating layer(4) consisting of acryl resin and/or polyurethane emulsion resin, wherein the microporous coating layer(4) is obtained by the manufacturing steps of preparing a synthetic resin by polymerizing a base of acryl resin and/or polyurethane emulsion resin with additives including dispersing agent and surfactant; blending 3 to 30 wt.% of filler extracted from rock forming mineral with 70 to 97 wt.% of the synthetic resin polymer; mixing the blended material with about 0.1 to 1.0 wt.% of oleic acid based foaming agent for the total solid weight of the blended material; coating the mixture on the surface of the substrate layer(2) as forcibly injecting air into the mixture; and drying the mixture coated substrate layer at a temperature of 100 to 200 deg.C within about 10 minutes so that the mixture is foamed to a foaming ratio of about 1.3 to 4 times, wherein the filler is one or more materials selected from the group consisting of kaolin, calcium carbonate and titanium oxide.

CONSTITUTION: The filter medium for an air cleaner forms a density gradient to have two or more fiber layers to the air outlet side from the air inlet side, comprises a staple fiber obtained by mixing synthetic fiber such as polyester, polypropylene or the like having a melting temperature difference in which fibers on each layer have a diameter of 0.5 to 15 denier and a weight of 50 to 500g/m2 and two or more composite layers obtained by combining one or more of nonwoven fabrics comprising heat fusion weldable nonwoven fabric sheets of meshes with an air permeable sheet or staple fiber, spun bonded nonwoven fabric sheets, meltblown nonwoven fabrics, wet laid nonwoven fabrics and spunlaced nonwoven fabrics, an air permeable film and a weaving cloth and is made by heat fusing each layer.

Also a method thereof is provided. CONSTITUTION: The upholstery materials for car is characterized by forming each different layer in design and color on the one side of the nonwoven fabric belt obtained from needle punching and hydraulic jet treatment. The method is characterized by printing in different design and color by at least two continuous print process on the surface of nonwonven belt formed from needle punching and hydraulic jet treatment.

본 발명은 하수관의 입구에서 수압을 이용하여 하수관 내벽에 새로운 층을 형성하며 부착시킬 수 있는 얇고 유연한 관 모양의 플라스틱체로 된 기재 및 그 제조방법이다. 종래의 기재는 하수관의 직경이 클 경우 여러 겹의 부직포를 사용하였다. 본 발명은 외면에 비수지흡수성의 필름 코팅층(3)이 존재하고 단부가 서로 바느질되어 관 모양을 이루는 수지흡수성의 단섬유 부직포 시트(2)로 이루어진 기재에 있어서, 시트(2)의 가운데에 망상 직물(1)을 삽입시킨 구조이다. 일련의 부직포 섬유 가공공정 중에서 한쌍의 성형기를 각각 통과하는 2장의 섬유상 시트 중간에 망상 직물을 투입하여 니들펀칭기로 서로 교락시켜서 기재용 시트를 얻는다.

본 발명은 부직포를 여과재로 하는 프레임리스(frameless)의 자동차용 건식 공기청정기 엘리먼트에 관한 것이다. 흡입공기에 대한 부직포의 여과특성을 최대한 살리면서 프레임이 없는 엘리먼트의 여과재로 적합하게 적용시킬 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 삼각파형 단면으로 절곡시킨 부직포의 양단을 일방향으로 접어 융착시킨 여과재(51)의 하단 모서리에 발포성 수지를 일체로 성형시킨 엘리먼트(E)이다. 제조방법은 필터원단을 삼각파형 단면으로 절곡하고, 절곡된 필터원단을 사이드 접착금형에 넣어 사이드 접착금형을 일방향으로 이동시키며 필터원단의 양측단을 롤러로 누르는 동시에 융착수단을 이용하여 융착시켜 하나의 여과재를 얻고, 이 여과재를 씰 금형에 넣고 발포성 수지를 주입한 후 소성로에서 고화시킨다.

본 발명은 황토 등 원적외선의 방사가 가능한 토석분(土石粉)을 코팅시킨 건축 내장재, 가구, 매트용의 표피재나 라이너로서의 가요성 발포 시트 제조 방법이다. 종래의 제품들은 황토를 수지 내에 가둠으로서 황토의 고유기능을 발휘하지 못한다. 본 발명의 구성은, 아크릴 수지, 폴리우레탄, 합성고무 등의 수용성 수지에 올레인산계 발포제와 분산제 및 정포제를 배합하고, 이 배합된 수용성 수지 원료 60∼95중량%에 원적외선의 방사가 가능한 황토, 백토, 맥반석 가루 등의 충진재 5∼40중량%를 혼합하며, 이 혼합물을 섬유부재에 공기 주입하면서 코팅한 후, 100∼200℃로 약 10분 이내에서 건조하여 1.5배 이상의 비율로 발포시키는 방법이다. 황토 등이 균일하게 분포하는 고밀도 다공질의 통기성 오픈 셀을 얻는다.
