PURPOSE: A method and a device for measuring a distortion difference of an optical system are provided to measure the distortion of the optical system without influence of the movement of a stage and position determining errors. CONSTITUTION: A device(300) for measuring a distortion difference of an optical system comprises a lighting unit(310), a mask(320), a lens unit(330), a measurement plane(340), a sensor unit(350), and a control unit(380). The mask includes patterns of a lattice shape and transmits lights irradiated from the lighting unit. The lens unit focuses the lights has passed through the mask. The lights focused on the measurement plane form a spot array. The sensor unit photographs the spot array several times while moving. Two adjacent images are photographed, thereby including the heat of an identical spot array. The control unit aligns the heat of the identical spot array includes in the two image to be overlapped, joins the images, and compares a theoretical position of the spot array and the spot array on the images, thereby calculating a distortion difference. PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing solar energy are provided to activate a solar energy generating system by efficiently distributing electric energy generated from a solar cell module. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell module(110) collects light from the sun and generates electric energy. A storage battery(120) stores the electric energy generated from the solar cell module. An energy checking part(130) checks the remained amount of electric energy stored in the storage battery. A data receiving part(140) receives weather forecast data for a pre-set period of time with respect to a region in which the solar cell module is installed. An predicting part(150) predicts the available time of the remained electric energy in the storage battery and the storable amount of electric energy for a pre-set period of time.

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for updating and managing an osgi service using one-way communication are provided to update service bundles for an OSGi service through a one-way communication service, thereby integrally managing various ubiquitous apparatuses. CONSTITUTION: A service bundle for an OSGi service is received(S320). It is determined whether a version of the service bundle is new(S330). If the service bundle is new, the service bundle is downloaded(S340). The new service bundle is downloaded in a storage unit through an one-way communication network. The downloaded service bundle is installed or updated(S350).

PURPOSE: A wireless communication method for dividing and transmitting data using a multi communication network and receiving original data using a multi band antenna and an apparatus thereof are provided to enable a wireless terminal to integrate data and restore the data to original data, thereby efficiently using a communication network. A transmission band determiner(135) determines transmission bands based on receivable band information. A data divider(133) generates division data corresponding to each transmission band. A location information guide system and a method using a mobile terminal and a navigation equipping with a DMB are provided to allow a user to join an event or local event actively since the contents of the event of region or event is acquired in advance and the user moves to a minimum distance. An event for the broadcasting and event information is transmitted to a base station in order that event information is broadcasted to the mobile terminal of unspecific within the corresponding competent area. An event position information request is received through the base station. The requested event location information is searched in the local information database. The searched event location information is transmitted to the user mobile terminal through the searched base station. The shortest distance path between the current position of the user and a event location is searched and transmitted to the user mobile terminal.
