본 발명은 RpSTS 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 식물체 및 IbMYB1a 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 식물체를 교배하여 RpSTS 유전자 및 IbMYB1a 유전자를 동시에 과발현하는 야생형에 비해 스틸벤 생산이 증가된 형질전환 식물체의 제조 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 형질전환 식물체에 관한 것으로, 다양한 유용 생리활성을 가진 스틸벤 화합물을 다양한 식물체에서 대량으로 생산하는 것이 훨씬 용이해질 것으로 기대된다.

본 발명은 당전이 효소를 이용한 안사마이신 배당체 또는 안사마이신 골격을 갖는 비-벤조퀴논 젤다나마이신 배당체의 제조방법, 비-벤조퀴논 젤다나마이신 배당체 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 암 질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 안사마이신 또는 안사마이신 골격을 갖는 비-벤조퀴논 젤다나마이신 화합물에 글루코실기를 도입함으로써, 용해도가 상승하고, 생체 내 이용률을 높일 수 있으며, 안사마이신계 화합물의 활성을 유지하므로 항생제, 항진균제, 항바이러스제, 면역억제제, 퇴행성 신경질환제, 항염증제 또는 항암제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an antibacterial composition containing ursolic acid as an active ingredient for inhibiting livestock pathogenic bacteria, especially, to an antibacterial composition for inhibiting Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella multocida A, or Pasteurella multocida D, which is a pathogen causing porcine respiratory disease complex, and to a livestock feed additive and livestock feed containing the composition as an active ingredient. The antibacterial composition containing ursolic acid as an active ingredient for inhibiting livestock pathogenic bacteria of the present invention can be utilized as alternative antibiotics, and can be industrially very useful since the ursolic acid is mass-produced in the process of producing apple or persimmon processed products but mostly produced from peels, which are just discarded byproducts.

The present invention relates to a production method of quercetin or isoquercitrin from quercetin glucoside using β-glucosidase (EC 3.2.1.21) derived from Aspergillus niger (deposition number KCTC 6906): which is simple without complex processes compare to existing methods of biologically converting into quercetin or isoquercitrin using a chemical technique or enzymes or increasing the content of flavonoid of the quercetin, etc. using infrared rays; and uses onion, which can be easily obtained from the market, as a raw material for an enzyme reaction of the quercetin glucoside abundantly contained in the onion, thereby economically producing the quercetin or isoquercitrin.
