    Abstract: PURPOSE: An environment-friendly polylactic acid composition is provided to have biodegradability, excellent impact resistance, and high flexural modulus and thermal deformation temperature. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly polylactic acid composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of poly lactic acid which comprises 40-93 weight% of polylactic acid of L-optical isomer and 3-60 weight% of polylactic acid of D-optical isomer, 3-30 parts by weight of one or more copolymers selected from an acryl-based copolymer and reactive acrylic copolymer, and 1-20 parts by weight of organically surface-treated phyllite powder. The average particle size of the organically surface-treated phyllite powder is 0.5-500 micron. The polylactic acid composition additionally comprises 3-30 parts by weight of impact-reinforcing agent.

CONSTITUTION: A polylactic composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of polylactic acid, 0.1-10 parts by weight of organized surface-treated phyllite powder, and 0.1-10 parts by weight of carbon nanotubes. The average particle size of the phyllite powder is 0.5-500 micron. A manufacturing method of the polylactic acid composition comprises: a step of mixing polylactic acid, organized surface-treated phyllite powder and carbon nanotubes in solid state; and a step of melting and stirring the mixed polylactic acid, phyllite powder, and carbon nanotubes.
