Abstract: 본 발명은 사출성형이 용이한 미세바늘에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 사출금형에 적합한 형상을 갖도록 구성되어 사출금형을 이용한 대량생산이 가능한 미세바늘을 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 블록형상으로 이루어진 몸체부; 상기 몸체부의 상면으로부터 소정의 깊이를 갖도록 형성되어 약물 또는 채취된 체액이 보관되는 공간을 제공하는 챔버; 상기 몸체부의 일측면으로부터 몸체와 평행하게 연장되며, 그의 끝단이 뾰족하게 형성되어 인체에 주사되는 바늘부; 상기 바늘부의 상면으로부터 소정의 깊이를 갖도록 형성되고, 상기 챔버에 그의 일측단이 연결됨과 더불어 그의 타측단이 상기 바늘부의 측면으로 연장되어 약물 또는 체액이 지나가는 통로를 제공하는 채널; 및 상기 챔버를 커버하도록 상기 몸체부의 상부에 부착되는 커버부;를 구비하는 사출성형이 용이한 미세바늘에 관한 것을 그 기술적 요지로 한다.

Abstract: A micro-needle having a proper shape for an injection mold is provided to allow the mass-production using an injection mold so as to reduce the production cost and to achieve the production in commercial quantity. The micro-needle having a proper shape for an injection mold comprises: a body(110), having a block shape; a chamber(120), formed in such a manner that it has a determined depth from an upper surface of the body(110), so as to provide a space for storing medicinal water or collected body fluids; a needle member(130), extended from a one side of the body(110) in parallel to the latter, and having a sharp end to be injected into a human body; a channel(140), formed in such a manner that it has a determined depth from an upper surface of the needle member(130), and that its one end is connected to the chamber(120) and its the other end is elongated toward a lateral side of the needle member(130) so as to build up a passage for the medicinal water or body fluids; and a cover(150), attached to an upper part of the body(110) so as to cover the chamber(120).
