Abstract: 알루미늄 스크랩의 리싸이클링 방법에 관하여 개시한다. 본 발명의 방법은, 알루미늄 스크랩을 건조시키는 단계와; 건조된 알루미늄 스크랩들을 압축하여 단괴를 형성하는 단계와; 단괴를 용해시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 단괴 형태로 진행되는 단순한 공정에 의하여 회수율이 향상되어 산업계에서 적극적으로 사용할 수 있으므로 자원의 재활용이라는 시대적 요청에 부응할 수 있으며, 용이한 산화 방지 공정의 채용으로 종래에 비하여 회수율이 증가하는 등 생산성이 향상되고, 알루미늄 스크랩에 잔류하고 있는 기계가공유의 제거 및 회수로 인하여 불순물의 침투방지 뿐만 아니라 친환경적인 방법이라 할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A consumable electrode type vacuum arc remelting apparatus for melting and casting titanium is provided which is capable of manufacturing middle to large sized titanium cast components requiring accurate dimensions at low cost and preventing pollution during melting and casting processes. CONSTITUTION: The consumable electrode type vacuum arc remelting apparatus(1) for melting and casting titanium comprises a chamber(10) for forming an internal space; a vertical transfer means(20) fixed to the upper part of the chamber; a sample fixing means(30) which is moved by operation of the vertical transfer means and fixes sample; a vacuum means(40) connected to the chamber to maintain the inside of the chamber to the vacuum state; a double cooling structured crucible furnace(50) which is installed at the lower side of the sample fixing means, and in which skull(51) is installed; a current supply means for supplying current to sample (S) and crucible furnace; a crucible furnace rotation control means(60) in which the crucible furnace is connected to rotation shaft rotated by driving force of motor(61), and a reduction gear(63) is installed between the motor and rotation shaft(62); a mold(80) for casting a component having a melt troughing shape; a guide member(95) fixed to a bracket(16) of the chamber so that the melt is easily injected into the mold when pouring melt of the crucible furnace into the mold; a centrifugal disk(85) for rotating the mold; a power generating means(90) for providing power source to rotate the centrifugal disk; a cooling means for preventing heat generated by high temperature arc heat from transferring to the crucible furnace; and a control means(100) for controlling the respective units.
