Abstract: An apparatus for synthesizing precipitable calcium carbonate is provided to induce homogeneous introduction and reaction of carbon dioxide and therefore to improve the uniformity of particle size and the production efficiency. An apparatus for synthesizing precipitable calcium carbonate includes an inlet(32) for a calcium hydroxide suspension; a reactor(30) for producing calcium carbonate through a carbonation in a reaction tank(31); a temperature adjusting device for adjusting a temperature in the reaction tank(31) to a temperature for carbonation; a controller for controlling operation of each constituting parts, wherein a plurality of inlets(23) for carbon dioxide are installed to be inserted into both sides of the reaction tank(31) at a predetermined spaces along a longitudinal direction of the reaction tank(31), and a plurality of impeller(36a,36b,36c,36d) for agitation of the calcium hydroxide suspension and carbon dioxide are installed to be spaced apart from each other along a stirring rod(35) provided longitudinally in the reaction tank(31).
