본 발명에 따른 압전 스피커는 압전층과, 압전층의 양면에 형성된 전극을 구비하는 압전 소자 및 압전 소자의 일측면에 부착되며, 셀룰로스(cellulose)로 이루어진 진동 부재를 포함한다. 따라서, 본 발명의 실시형태에 의하면, 셀룰로스(cellulose) 진동 부재에 의해 프레임의 반진동을 흡수할 수 있다. 따라서, 종래와 같이 프레임의 반진동으로 인한 음의 왜곡 현상을 저감시킬 수 있다. 또한, 셀룰로스(cellulose)는 압전 특성을 가지기 때문에, 필요에 따라서 압전 특성을 가지는 진동 부재에 전압을 가하여압전층의 압전 특성을 보완하고, 진동을 증폭시킬 수 있다.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a vanadium oxide film for a bolometer, a method for manufacturing a bolometer, and a bolometer and an infrared detector manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing a vanadium oxide film for a bolometer according to the present invention comprises the steps of: forming a vanadium pentoxide sol having tungsten added thereto; forming a vanadium pentoxide film having tungsten added thereto on a substrate using the sol; and heat-treating the vanadium pentoxide film having tungsten added thereto under a reducing atmosphere. By using a vanadium oxide film for a bolometer manufactured according to the manufacturing method, a bolometer having excellent infrared detection sensitivity in an operation temperature range and improved temperature stability together with low resistivity, a high TCR value and low noise characteristics; and an infrared detector including the same can be manufactured.

The present invention relates to a resistive oxide for a bolometer, and a bolometer and an infrared detector including the same. The resistive oxide for a bolometer according to the present invention includes an O_4-based material, which contains nickel, cobalt and manganese as main components, as a host material and CuO as an additive, and exhibits the property of a negative temperature coefficient. A bolometer with excellent precision and improved temperature stability and an infrared photodetector including the same can be manufactured as the resistive oxide for a bolometer exists in a stable phase in an operation temperature range while expressing low resistivity, a high TCR value and low noise characteristics.

The present invention relates to a pressure generator module and a system thereof capable of collecting power generated by the generator module. The pressure generator module according to the present invention is disclosed. The pressure generator module comprises an elastic substrate; connection panels which are arranged on the upper surface of the elastic substrate, are vertical from the upper surface of the elastic substrate, comprise a box structure with the elastic substrate, are arranged on the edge area of the elastic substrate, and form the boundary of the pressure generator module; a piezoelectric which is positioned on the upper surface of the elastic substrate, is arranged in an inner central unit of the connection panels, and comprises an upper electrode and a lower electrode; and a cover which protects the piezoelectric. The side units of the cover are inserted into the connection panels. The elastic substrate supports the piezoelectric. The elastic substrate supports the deformation and the recovery of the piezoelectric. The piezoelectric is deformed and recovered by the pressure of the cover. The piezoelectric generates the power.

An electromagnetic shielding sheet using a non-sintered ferrite ceramic thick film and a manufacturing method thereof, which solve communication malfunction by an eddy current by shielding an electromagnetic wave so that electromagnetic coupling between a reader and a transponder by placing the electromagnetic shielding sheet between a metal plate and a coil antenna of the transponder, are disclosed. The electromagnetic shielding sheet using the non-sintered ferrite ceramic thick film includes ferrite magnetic powder printed from ferrite ink, a ceramic thick film formed of polymer resin immersed in space of the ferrite magnetic powder, an adhesive film attached to the ceramic thick film, and a protective film attached to the adhesive film.

본 발명은 튜브구조의 나노섬유 제조방법에 관한 것으로, BiMnO 3 또는 BiFeO 3 를 포함하는 금속염, 유기용매인 DMF(다이메틸폼아마이드), 고분자 폴리머인 PVP(폴리비닐피롤리돈)을 혼합하되, PVP는 금속염과 DMF의 혼합중량 대비 5~20중량%로 혼합되어, 폴리머 용액이 형성되는 폴리머 용액 형성단계; 폴리머 용액은 2중관으로 된 노즐의 외관 및 내관 사이에 공급되되 외관 직경이 0.84mm를 이루고 내관 직경이 0.25mm로 이루어진 노즐의 외관 및 내관 사이에 0.1㎖/h로 공급되고, 미네랄 오일은 노즐의 내관에 0.1㎖/h로 공급되는 폴리머 용액 및 미네랄 오일 공급단계; 전기방사장치를 통해 노즐에 15~18kV의 전압을 인가하여, BiMnO 3 또는 BiFeO 3 이 미네랄오일을 감싸는 다강체 섬유를 형성하는 다강체 섬유 형성단계; 다강체 섬유를 250℃에서 1시간 동안 건조하고, 400~600℃에서 하소하여, 튜브구조를 이루도록 다강체 섬유를 합성하는 다강체 섬유 합성 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여, 다양한 분야에 응용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A complex dielectric is provided to ensure high dielectric constant and low dielectric loss, to enable miniaturization, light weight and high performance of electronic devices, especially, to be suitable for application to condenser, antenna, and embedded substrate. CONSTITUTION: A complex dielectric is such that high frequency dielectric ceramic powder is dispersed on a benzocyclobutene polymer. The high frequency dielectric ceramic powder is ZST(Zn0.8Sn0.2TiO4), BNT(BaNd2Ti4O12),TiO2, CaTiO3, SrTiO3, BaO-Nd2O3-TiO2, CaO-MgO-TiO2, ZnO-SnO-TiO2, and any one of ceramics in which at least one selected from the group consisting of BiO, SiO2, CuO, BN and Li2O is added to them.
