Abstract: PURPOSE: A piezoelectric material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a piezoelectric effect by adding oxide additives in a process for manufacturing piezoelectric material powder. CONSTITUTION: Raw materials are prepared(S100). Intermediate materials are made by mixing and calcining raw materials(S200). The made intermediate materials are synthesized(S300). Final materials are made by adding PVA(Polyvinyl Alcohol) or PVB(Polyvinyl Butyral) to the piezoelectric material powder(S400). A forming specimen is made(S500). A sintering specimen is made(S600). An electrode is formed by screen-printing silver paste on both sides of the sintering specimen(S700).
