Abstract: PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for skin whitening containing grape branch extract is provided to suppress tyrosinase activity and melanogenesis without less side effects. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for skin whitening contains 0.001-10 weight parts of grape branch extract as an active ingredient. The used grape is obtained from Campbell or Neo Muscat. The grape branch extract contains procyanidin B2. The grape branch extract is obtained using distilled water, organic solvent of 1-20 carbon atoms or their mixture solvent. A organic solvent is low alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms, acetone, ethylacetate, ether, methylene chloride, ethylene chloride, hexane or diethyl ether. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of skin softener, nutrition skin, nutrition cream, massage cream, essence, or pack.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有葡萄枝提取物的美白组合物，用于抑制酪氨酸酶活性和黑素生成，而不会减少副作用。 构成：用于皮肤美白的化妆品组合物含有0.001-10重量份的葡萄枝提取物作为活性成分。 二手葡萄从Campbell或Neo Muscat获得。 葡萄枝提取物含有原花青素B2。 使用蒸馏水，1-20碳原子的有机溶剂或其混合溶剂获得葡萄枝提取物。 有机溶剂是1-4个碳原子的低级醇，丙酮，乙酸乙酯，乙醚，二氯甲烷，二氯乙烷，己烷或乙醚。 化妆品组合物以皮肤柔软剂，营养皮肤，营养霜，按摩霜，精华液或包装的形式使用。

Abstract: 본 발명은 포도 덩굴 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 피부 미백용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 포도 덩굴 추출물 성분은 티로시나제 활성을 억제하고 멜라닌 생성을 저해하며, 자외선을 차단하여 미백효과가 우수하다. 미백효과가 우수할뿐더러, 세포 독성이 적어 부작용이 적은 피부 미백용 화장품을 제조할 수 있다. 자외선중 특히 UV-B이 차단효과가 강하며 자외선 차단용 화장품으로도 이용가능하다. 또한, 활용도가 적어 버려지는 포도 덩굴를 활용하여 경제적 잇점이 크다.
