Abstract: PURPOSE: An oxygen-blocking plastic composite film structure body and its preparation method are provided, to improve the recycling property with deterioration of the appearance and the oxygen blocking property. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of coating a polyolefin-based synthetic polymer film whose surface is pretreated, with a hydrophilic or polar biopolymer derived from a natural material to form a thin film. Also the method comprises the step of intercalating and adhering a hydrophilic or polar biopolymer derived from a natural material between polyolefin-based synthetic polymer films whose surface is pretreated. Preferably the surface of the polyolefin-based synthetic polymer film is pretreated by using corona discharge, plasma ionization, ozone, flame or an organic solvent.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种阻氧塑料复合膜结构体及其制备方法，以改善外观恶化和阻氧性能的回收性能。 方案：该方法包括用表面经预处理的聚烯烃基合成聚合物膜，用衍生自天然材料的亲水或极性生物聚合物涂覆以形成薄膜的步骤。 此外，该方法包括在表面被预处理的聚烯烃基合成聚合物膜之间插入并粘附衍生自天然材料的亲水或极性生物聚合物的步骤。 优选地，通过使用电晕放电，等离子体电离，臭氧，火焰或有机溶剂对聚烯烃基合成聚合物膜的表面进行预处理。

Abstract: 본 발명은 산소 차단성 플라스틱 복합필름 구조체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 산소기체 차단성이 매우 우수한 천연물 유래의 친수성 또는 극성 생고분자를, 표면을 전처리한 폴리올레핀계 합성고분자 필름 위에 박막 코팅하거나, 합성고분자 필름층 사이에 첩합하여 다층의 플라스틱 복합필름 구조체를 제조하는 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면, 식품 포장분야에서 많이 사용되는 기존의 고차단성 필름 포장재에 비하여 우수한 외관 품질과 유사한 수준의 산소 차단성을 갖으면서도 재활용 측면에서 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
