Abstract: 본 발명은 이산화염소의 제조장치 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 고순도(Purity), 고수율(Yeild)의 이산화염소를 얻을 수 있게 2단계의 발생반응 공정을 거쳐 식품공장 및 정수장에서 소독제로 유용하게 희석하여 사용할 수 있는 이산화염소 제조장치 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 이산화염소 제조장치는 펌프(30)에 의해 아염소산소다를 혼합기(40)에 공급하는 아염소산소다 원료탱크(20)와, 상부측에 진공레귤레이터(11)가 형성되고, 상기 진공레귤레이터(11) 및 이젝터(50)를 통해 혼합기(40)에 염소가스를 공급하는 염소가스 보관탱크(10)와, 상기 아염소산소다와 염소가스가 혼합되어 순간적인 반응을 하는 혼합기(40)와, 아염소산소다와 염소가스의 반응에 의해 이산화염소가 생성되는 1차 반응기(60)와, 상기 1차 반응기(60)와 연결되어 1차 반응기(60)에서 생성된 이산화염소를 저장할 수 있고, 1차 반응기(60)에서 미반응된 아염소산소다와 염소가스의 반응에 의해 이산화염소의 생성을 더 촉진할 수 있으며, 일측에 이산화염소 배출구 및 상기 이산화염소 배출구와 다른 일측에 이산화염소탈취기가 구비된 2차 반응기(70)를 포함한다.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for producing chlorine dioxide are provided to apply produced chlorine dioxide to a food process and a small scale sterilization process by producing the chlorine dioxide with high purity and/or high yield. An apparatus for producing chlorine dioxide includes a chlorite soda row material tank(20), a hydrochloric acid gas storage tank(10), a mixer(40), a first reactor(60), and a second reactor(70). The chlorite soda raw material tank supplies chlorite soda into the mixer by using a pump(30). The hydrochloric acid gas storage tank supplies hydrochloric acid gas to the mixer through an ejector(50) and a vacuum regulator(11). The second reactor stores chlorine dioxide generated in the first reactor. The second reactor includes a water level(71)(72), a chlorine dioxide vent(73) and a chlorine dioxide deodorizing unit(74).
