Abstract: PURPOSE: A preparing method of reverse leather is provided to obtain luxury reverse leather having improved physical properties, various surface effects, and clear patterns after coating. CONSTITUTION: A preparing method of reverse leather comprises a tanning process for separating furs from leather and releasing leather surface issues by increasing the amount of lime to stabilize proteins by selectively containing quebracho; a re-tanning process for providing functions and physical properties to raw leather by selectively containing quebracho content; and a coating process for clearing patterns by spraying water after reversed embossing and providing a surface effect using a buffing machine.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A gelatin for adhesives is provided to effectively remove chrome causing environment problems from shaving scraps and to secure environment-friendliness since shaving scraps classified as industrial wastes is recycled. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing gelatin for adhesives comprises the steps of: dipping shaving scraps generated from a leather process in a mixed solution of water and alkaline chemicals; performing hydrolysis by mixing the pre-treated shaving scraps with alkali metal oxides and alkaline earth metal oxides and filtering the mixture to obtain a liquid hydrolysate from which the chrome is removed; and concentrating the liquid hydrolysate to obtain the gelatin with a solid portion of 50~70 weight%.

Abstract: Provided is a hair separating device for producing leather, which allows hair removed from crude leather to be separated with reaction water and collected so as to increase reutilization efficiency of the hair, to prevent generation of bad odor or water contamination, and to solve environmental problems. The hair separating device for producing leather comprises: a drum(100) including a hollow barrel(10) having an inlet for crude leather and both side plates(12,14) for sealing the barrel, wherein one of the side plates has a discharge port communicating with a discharge path formed in the inner surface of the drum; a support frame(20) for supporting the drum rotatably; a first drive member(40) for rotating the drum; a hair recovering unit(200) that includes a cylindrical perforated plate(44) with an opened front surface, a second drive unit(60) for rotating the cylindrical perforated plate, a support(48) for supporting the cylindrical plate rotatably and providing a space(46) for collecting water after treatment and a housing(52), wherein the hair recovering unit is disposed adjacent to the drum; a conveying hose, one end of which is connected to a discharge pipe and the other end of which is connected to the rear plate of the cylindrical perforated plate; and a water recycle pipe(74) and pump(76) connected to the space for collecting water and the discharge path of the drum.

Abstract: 본 발명은 염료 및 안료를 다단계로 처리하여 염색 안정성이 우수한 피혁의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 특히, 스펙트럼 반사율이 높은 염료 및 안료를 사용하는 경우, 본 발명의 제조 방법에 따라 제조된 피혁은 검은 색이라도 종래의 검은색 피혁에 비해 30% 이상 온도 상승 비율이 낮고, 피혁의 수축률도 종래의 검은색 피혁이 80℃에서 11% 이상 수축 되는 데 반해 본 발명의 제조 방법에 따른 검은색 피혁은 6% 이내의 수축률을 나타낸다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 피혁 제조 방법은 종래의 피혁 제조 공정에 기초를 두기 때문에 새로운 시설 설비가 필요치 않다.

Abstract: A manufacturing method of the biodiesel is provided, which enables to produce biodiesel in the economic and environment-friendly way. A manufacturing method of biodiesel from the flashing scrap comprises: a first step that the flashing scrap and the enzyme generated from the leather process are mixed to 1 : 0.005~0.10 weight ratio and extracts the oil and fat by reacting at the reaction temperature 60~70 deg.C range, pH 8.5~9.0 range, and the reaction time 1~8 hours condition; a second step for removing the fatty acid from the extracted oil and fat; a third step of manufacturing biodiesel by a methyl ester exchange reaction; and a fourth step of manufacturing biodiesel by a methyl ester exchange reaction.
