A rubber composition for reducing a curing time is provided to secure scorch stability and storage stability by uniformly dispersing a quaternary ammonium modified inorganic layered compound and a titanium organic composite to a rubber base. A rubber composition for reducing a curing time comprises a rubber base and rubber additives. The rubber composition is composed of 3~5wt% of metal oxide, 1~2wt% of stearic acid, 1~2wt% of antioxidant, 3~10wt% of quaternary ammonium modified inorganic layered compound, 30~50wt% of silica, 1~4wt% of titanium organic composite, 1~4wt% of surfactant, 1~2wt% of sulfur, 1~3wt% of vulcanization accelerator, and 0.5~1.5wt% of the other vulcanization accelerator on a 100 part basis of the rubber base.

A butyl rubber composition for mountain-climbing boots is provided to improve slip resistance particularly under wet environments and to inhibit a marking phenomenon. A butyl rubber composition having non-marking and non-slip properties comprises: 100 parts by weight of a base material containing 90-95 parts by weight of butyl rubber and 5-10 parts by weight of chloroprene rubber; and 40-70 parts by weight of silica, 3-6 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent, 3-7 parts by weight of a metal oxide, 1-2 parts by weight of stearic acid, 1-2 parts by weight of an anti-aging agent, 4-7 parts by weight of a surfactant, 1-3 parts by weight of processing oil, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent, and 1.5-4.5 parts by weight of a crosslinking accelerator. The silica has a BET surface area of 140-200 m^2/g and a pH of 6.5-7.5.

본 발명은 부타디엔 고무, 천연고무 등의 혼합고무와 열가소성 수지 등으로 이루어진 기재에 유기 나노클레이, 티타늄 유기 복합체 및 고무용 기본첨가제 등을 혼합하여 제조한 고무 조성물 마스터배치에 가황제 또는 가황촉진제만 각각 별도로 첨가한 펠렛형 고무 조성물을 이용하여 고무제품을 성형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장 안정성이 우수한 사출 성형용 펠렛형 고무 조성물 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 고무 조성물 마스터배치에 가황제 또는 가황촉진제만 각각 별도로 첨가한 펠렛형 고무 조성물을 제조함으로써, 종래의 가황제와 가황촉진제를 모두 포함하는 고무 조성물에 비해 우수한 저장 안정성이 우수하여 고무 조성물 보관 및 수송에 큰 문제가 없으며, 고무제품의 성형시 사출성형이 가능해져 가황제와 가황촉진제를 각각 포함하는 펠렛형 고무 조성물을 이용하여 사출기 인젝터 내에서 완전 혼합시켜 고무제품을 성형시킴으로써 고무성형제품의 품질이 일정하게 유지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 작업환경을 개선시킬수 있도록 한 것이 장점이다. 고무 조성물, 가황제, 가황촉진제, 분리 제조, 저장 안정성, 사출성형, 펠렛

PURPOSE: A pellet rubber composition for injection molding and a method for molding a rubber product using the same are provided to have excellent storage stability in comparison with a conventional rubber composition including both a vulcanizate and a vulcanization accelerator and be smoothly transported. CONSTITUTION: A pellet rubber composition for injection molding is comprised of a mater batch which a base material and various kinds of rubber additive are mixed. The master batch is a mixed base material which is obtained by mixing the base material and a thermoplastic resin. The mater batch includes organic nanoclay and titanium organic composite. The mater batch is capable of being used for injection molding by adding a vulcanizate and a vulcanization accelerator to the mater batch.
