Abstract: 본 발명은 신발용 충격흡수성 발포체 조성물에 관한 것으로 블록 공중합체로서 경질 블록이 폴리스티렌이고 연질 블록이 불포화 또는 포화 폴리이소프렌으로 연질 블록의 유리전이점(Tg)가 -20∼20℃ 부근에 있는 열가소성 고무를 충격흡수성을 부여하기 위한 기능성 소재로 하여 이를 단독으로 사용하거나 또는 여기에 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합체, 에틸렌-알파올레핀 공중합체, 에틸렌-에틸아크릴레이트 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌 수지, 스티렌-부타디엔-스티렌 블록 공중합체, 스티렌-이소프렌-스티렌 공중합체 등을 10∼90중량% 블렌드하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발용 충격흡수성 발포체 조성물에 관한 것으로 이들 수지를 적의 가교, 발포시켜 신발용 충격흡수성 발포체를 제조하기 위한 조성물을 제공하기 위한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a composition of high quality thermoplastic rubber which has good abrasion resistant, tearing strength and tensile strength properties. Conventional thermoplastic rubber is used in cheap products because it has poor mechanical strength and abrasion strength compared with thermoset rubber whose main use is a shoe sole material. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises polystyrene thermoplastic rubber alone or thermoplastic resins such as thermoplastic olefin resin, ethylene/α-olefin copolymer, ethylene/vinylacetate copolymer in a ratio of 5-25wt.% to the polystyrene or blend with thermoset resins like natural rubber, synthetic rubber in the amount of not interfering thermoplastic character which is 3-15wt.%, together with usual additives such as an anti-oxidant, an anti-abrasion agent, a UV stabilizer and an improver for processing like silicone oil or silicone rubber of 0.5-7wt.%. The composition is characterized in that 5-25wt.% cheap shoe sole scraps of thermoplastic rubber is utilized and the melt flow index (MFI) is 0.01-10.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing an ethylalcohol type polyurethane adhesive by dispersing a polyurethane adhesive in water and ethanol, which shortens drying time and improves adhesive force. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: reacting 100pts.wt. of a polyol component comprising polyester and polyether polyol with 20-25pts.wt. of a diisocyanate component in a low boiling point polymerization solvent in the presence of a catalyst to prepare a prepolymer; neutralizing the prepolymer and then adding 2-5pts.wt. of a chain extender; dispersing it by using 50-150pts.wt. of the water and dropping 100-200pts.wt. of the ethanol and then performing a vacuum distillation to remove the polymerization solvent, wherein the weight ratio of the water and the ethanol is 20-70:30-80.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing impact absorbing foamed body which has an impact absorption property while maintaining mechanical properties of the foamed body commonly used for shoes, such as hardness, specific gravity, and etc. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing the foamed body includes foaming a thermoplastic rubber having a block copolymer formed with a soft block of unsaturated or saturated polyisoprene and a hard block of polystyrene, in which the soft block has a glass transition temperature(Tg) of -20 to 20 deg.C. The thermoplastic rubber is blended with ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer, ethylene-alphaolefin copolymer, ethylene-ethylacrylate copolymer, polyethylene resin, styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, and styrene-isoprene-styrene copolymer. The ratio of the blended copolymer to the thermoplastic rubber is 10 to 90 weight parts based on the 100 weight parts of the thermoplastic rubber.
