    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a desalinization system using porous electrode plate, composed of materials cheaper than conventional electrode materials, and electromagnetic waves in removing ionic and nonionic impurities from seawater and waste water electrochemically for fresh water. CONSTITUTION: The seawater desalinization method is characterized in that ionic impurities contained in seawater and waste water is separated by passing through an electrode cell(C) which comprises electrode sheets for electrochemical capacitors, based on electrochemical ionic adsorption and electricity storage effect. Also, the ultrasonic or electromagnetic(radio) waves are radiated into the surface of electrode sheets to remove nonionic impurities. The seawater desalinization system includes a module I(40) and a module II(50) forming flow-way of seawater or waste water by multilayering electrode cells. The electrode sheet is made by compressing an ACP sheet({C}_{1},{C}'_{1}¬{'}) containing activated carbon powder(>=1000m2/g) into an electric accumulator({C}_{2},{C}'_{2}¬{'} ) in the form of metal(Ni, Al or Ti) foam or conducting rubber foam, where the ACP sheet comprises a conducting polymer and metal oxide and composite thereof, and activated carbon maximizes adsorption of ionic impurities.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A high performance fuel cell using a liquid fuel containing sodium borohydride is provided, which improves output performance, prevents the performance of the fuel cell from being lowered, and extends a lifetime.
