    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing a functional layer of a fuel electrode for a solid oxide fuel cell is provided to improve high output of a fuel cell by applying nano nickel oxide particles to a functional layer of a fuel electrode support layer used for a solid oxide fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a functional layer of a fuel electrode for a solid oxide fuel cell comprises the steps of: forming functional layer slurry by mixing nano NiO powder with YSZ powder in a weight ratio 50~60:50~40; dip coating the functional layer slurry on an fuel electrode supporter; and sintering the anode supporter in which the functional layer slurry is dip-coated to form a functional layer of a fuel electrode.
